The inspection went great! Alan was very prompt, courteous and had good repoire’ with the buyer, He went over the report briefly, but it was so HOT and the electricity wasn’t on so we were all ready to go. I liked his report. The pictures were good and his comments were informative and concise… just the way I like them! The house is a HUD property so it wasn’t in great shape, but we are moving forward with the contract anyway. I will use y’all again!
